The National Monument or locally known as Monas in Gambir, Central Jakarta was flocked by 30 thousands visitor during the holiday of independence day commemoration.

Monas Management Office Head, Sabdo Kurnianto, said Monas visitors reached 30 thousand people up to noon.
“Visitors are enthusiasts to see the state event in Monas heading to State Palace,” he said, Wednesday (8/17).
Independence Day Celebration in Pluit Goes FestiveAditya (34), one of visitors from Bogor, admitted has arrived in Monas since morning to see the independence day commemoration ceremony.
“It’s unique. We can see the parade with our family here,” he stated.
